Our policy outlines that both Custom and Stock items are dispatched within 3 business days following payment clearance and approval of any custom proofs.
Generally, packages reach addresses in the US and Canada within 1-5 business days. Please note that for certain rural areas, you may need to allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery.
It’s simple! We provide FREE tracked shipping for all orders sent to the US and Canada.
At the moment, we exclusively ship our products to the United States and Canada through our web shop. However, we do offer international shipping too! If you’re located outside of Canada and the United States and wish to make a purchase, please reach out to us for more information on how we can assist you.
We are located in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada, and we ship all our products from the same location.
US tariff and customs duties:
Starting August 29, 2025, all shipments heading to the United States will need to have the added Tariff paid in advance (DDP) to prevent any extra charges at delivery. At checkout, we’ll calculate half of this additional cost for you, while we take care of the other half. This way, shipping remains smooth and hassle-free, and You do not need to pay any extra fees at delivery.
We definitely do not resell overseas items or sticker products from other sellers!
